C05 - Changes that Spawned Incidents


This report shows the change requests that generated incidents. The details of the change requests are provided as well as the details of the incidents.

Usage

This report can be used to track change requests that caused a disruption in the environment. This report can be useful for Post Implementation Review (PIR) of change requests.

Report assumptions

  • Changes are considered closed when the status is equal to Closed.
  • Any incidents that are associated with the change are considered.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
