Predefined reports

The BMC Analytics for Business Service Management (BMC Analytics for BSM) predefined reports are divided into functional groups. This section describes these functional groups and lists the reports that are available within each of them.

These reports, which use the dimensions and measures provided in the ITSM universes, consist of features, such as drill-downs and hyperlinks.

Unless otherwise noted, all key measures and dimensions in the predefined ITSM reports are mapped directly from the physical views and tables in the BMC Remedy AR System database.
