Exception and integrity check messages

You might encounter errors and exceptions when you perform integrity checks on objects in the linked universe. Some of the errors related to objects that were installed out-of-the-box are acceptable and do not affect the reports.

If you see the following messages in the output of the integrity check, you can ignore them:

  • Duplicate rows are possible
  • Incorrect syntax 'From" State:4200"

    This error is acceptable only for those objects that are under the Reporting Objects class, for example Reporting Objects <AM/CMDB/IM/PM/SRM/Drift/CM> Reporting Objects.
Warning

Note

If you have customized the linked universe by creating new objects and the same messages appear when you perform integrity checks on the new objects, these messages might not be acceptable. In this situation, you must address the errors that appear.
