Uninstalling

To uninstall BMC Analytics for Business Service Management (BMC Analytics for BSM), you must perform the following tasks:

When uninstalling BMC Analytics for BSM, consider the following information:

  • Use the BMC Analytics for BSM uninstallation utility to remove the application files and the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On agent component.
  • Use the BMC Remedy Developer Studio or BMC Remedy AR Administration console to remove the ANA:Fiscal_Calendar form.
  • Use the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server uninstallation utility to remove the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server.
  • You must remove the stored procedures and functions manually. The uninstallation also does not remove the BSM Analytics Tomcat service.
