Business Intelligence

The BMC Analytics for Business Service Management product works within the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence framework to provide self-service access to the data and insight that employees need to make faster and better decisions and increase their overall productivity.

The products provide the following features:

  • Greater ability to access and analyze data without IT involvement
  • Faster and more collaborative decision making
  • Improved performance metric tracking
  • More accountability, with visibility into key performance indicators by line of business
  • Faster response times, when exceptions and events occur
