Reactive case categories

Workplace Service Management provides out-of-the-box reactive case categories that are part of the case templates provided for common services. The reactive case categories are used for case assignment and classification of cases. Workplace technicians can create reactive cases when they find issues during the maintenance work and that needs to be recorded. They can create cases in BMC Helix Business Workflows through Quick case or Create case by using the out-of-the-box case templates provided for common services.
