Out-of-the-box content pack


Workplace Service Management provides out-of-the-box content pack for end-to-end use cases for creating, assigning, and managing workplace service requests. These out-of-the-box content pack or services can be used in your custom line of business to address workplace related issues and requests.  

Employees can access these services through BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced to raise workplace requests or to report issues, such as building safety issues, breakroom or kitchen related requests, and elevator issues.
