Setting up and going live


End users can raise workplace requests from the Catalog page in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced. To get started with Workplace Service Management, as an administrator, you must configure certain settings before you can start using the services to raise requests.

Before you begin

Before you start configuring Workplace Service Management, make sure that your Workplace line of business is created in your setup and you have the permission to edit configurations for the line of business. Learn more about creating a line of business in Defining your line of business.

Process of setting up the workplace services
