Leveraging out-of-the-box content packs

Security Incident Handling provides out-of-the-box content packs for end-to-end content use cases for raising security requests. Each content use case contains the required case template, runbook, notification templates, and other required artifacts. However, these content packs do not include preconfigured Digital Workplace Catalog (DWPC) services linked to Security Incident Handling case templates. You must configure DWPC services separately as needed.
