Named lists in the onboarding solution

A named list is a reusable list of data that you can associate with a record field to make data entry faster and more accurate.

Out-of-the-box named lists are provided for the following items in the onboarding solution:

  • IT assets and peripherals
  • Hiring manager, recruitment manager, manager, and buddy
  • Employment and employee type
  • Company, organization, and department

The data source of some named lists in the onboarding solution is BMC Helix ITSM forms, while some named lists are provided out of the box with the onboarding solution.
