Exporting the Alumni Service Center
Process for setting up the Alumni Service Center
The following image shows the process to get started with the Alumni Service Center and the current step that you are on:

Before you begin
- Make sure that to-dos are configured. Learn how to enable to-dos in Enabling end user features.
- Make sure that the external portal is provisioned for the Alumni Service Center.
To export the Alumni Service Center
- As an administrator in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced, click Configuration > Studio.
- On the Customize your workspaces page, select Alumni Service Center.
- Click Actions > Export.
The exported page is saved in the .zip format to your local drive.
Where to go from here
As an external administrator, import the Alumni Service Center in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced. Learn more in Importing-and-configuring-the-Alumni-Service-Center.
