New Hire Portal


One of the key features of BMC Employee Onboarding solution is the New hire Portal. It gives the new hires the first taste of the employer brand where they can communicate with HR and complete their preboarding tasks, their to-dos.

Some of the benefits of the New Hire Portal are:

  • It is a one-stop shop for the new hire before the new hire joins.
  • It can be populated with to-dos, knowledge articles, and catalog services.
  • It enables all the different functions to effectively support the new hire in a coordinated and standardized way before they have joined.
  • It is key to delivering a good onboarding experience.

New hires can access the actions that they must complete as they are onboarded in the New Hire Portal. They can view the to-dos that are assigned to them, mark the to-dos complete, and also add comments.

Accessing the New Hire Portal from a mobile device

You can also access the New Hire Portal from your mobile devices. The following image shows an example of how the New Hire Portal is visible on a mobile device:

You can complete your to-dos from the portal, view the details of the to-do, and also view your notifications.
