The joining date of a new hire is in the past. When you try to cancel the onboarding request, an error message is displayed.
Why isn't an onboarding task activated?
The lead days number is not reached. The lead days number is the number of days before the onboarding task is activated. Contact your case business analyst to know the lead days number.
Why don't I receive notifications for the onboarding request that I raised?
Consider the following actions to learn why you don't receive notifications for the onboarding request that you raised:
- Check with your case business analyst to know if an email profile is configured.
- Make sure that the notification template is in the Active status.
