Setting up and going live


HR Service Management offers the following solutions and portals to work on HR-related service requests:

  • HR Portal
  • Onboarding solution:
    • Onboarding Portal
    • New Hire Portal
  • Offboarding solution
    • Alumni Service Center

The following roles are involved in setting up the portals and making them available for use:

  • Administrator
  • Service catalog administrator
  • Case business analyst
  • Hiring / recruitment manager
