Content pack configuration notes

Make the following changes in the case and notification templates and catalog services:

  • Make sure you follow communication protocols while modifying email and notification templates.
  • Add or modify the case and tasks templates as well as descriptions according to the standard operating procedure defined by the relevant authorities in the organization.
