Enhancements available in this release:

This release enhances Helix Portfolio Management with Service Design capabilities that help organizations structure and plan IT services in a customer-centric manner. Service design enables teams to organize IT-related initiatives so they deliver meaningful value while supporting long-term customer relationships.

By providing a structured framework for planning and managing service-related activities, service design helps ensure that initiatives remain aligned with broader organizational and strategic objectives.

To further improve visibility and context across initiatives, this release also introduces a Relationship Overview capability. This capability enables structured modeling of connections across portfolios, ideas, demands, projects, and third-party entities such as incidents and work orders.

Relationships capture real-world associations - such as an Idea belonging to a Portfolio or a Demand impacting a Project - providing improved traceability and impact visibility across systems.

Relationships can be automatically synchronized for system-generated associations or manually created between internal and external entities. A single record can maintain multiple relationships across different relationship types.

This release also introduces Headcount Management within Financial Management. Headcount planning enables organizations to forecast, budget for, and manage workforce needs across datasets. By aligning workforce planning with operational goals and financial targets, teams can ensure the right balance of talent and cost efficiency while planning resources within a defined financial dataset.

Helix Portfolio Management is now also equipped with hierarchical portfolios, enabling organizations to model portfolio structures that reflect real-world business hierarchies. Portfolios can now be organized in parent-child relationships, allowing teams to group related portfolios under larger strategic portfolios and manage initiatives across multiple levels. This structure improves visibility, governance, and alignment of investments with organizational strategy.

A new Requirements Console is now available, similar to the existing Portfolio, Project, Task and other consoles. The console enables users to view and manage requirements across different lifecycle statuses from a centralized interface, making it easier to track progress, monitor changes, and take actions efficiently.
