Logging timecards from Smart IT
The Timecard Dashboard is the console for timecard management from Smart IT. It allows users to monitor their progress on the entity by creating timecards.
To access the Smart IT Timecard Dashboard
- Log in to the Smart IT application
- Access an incident/ task, work order/ change request
- On the edit view, click the Timecard Dashboard button. The console shows the details of the logged timecards and allows the creation of new timecards and templates for timecards.
- Refer to the Timecard-dashboard-console to get details about the dashboard and see Submitting timecards to create a timecard.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
