Managing My Examination Certificates
Users can add, remove or update their examination certificates under the My Examination Certificates console. This console is available for all the users having resource contributor permission to manage their examination certificates.
To access the My Examination Certificates console, log in to the Portfolio Management application and navigate to My Profile > My Competencies > Certificates > Launch.

The following table describes the My Examination Certificates UI elements:

To add a new Examination Certificate
1. Log in to the Portfolio Management application.
2. Navigate to My Profile > My Competencies > Certificates > Launch.
3. Click Examination Certificate to create a new examination certificate and fill in the below details.
Field | Description |

Certificate | Select a certificate from the dropdown. |
Status | Select the status of the certificate.

Cost | Enter the cost of examination certificate. |
Date of Exam | Mention the date on which the exam was conducted for the mentioned certificate. |
Expiration Date | Mention the end date of the validity of the examination certificate. |
Comment | Provide comment to the examination certificate record. |
4. Click Save.
To edit/update a Examination Certificate
1. Log in to the Portfolio Management application.
2. Navigate to My Profile > My Competencies > Certificates > Launch.
3. Click on the required Certificate name in the workspace.
4. On the Edit Examination Certificate page, apply the changes.
5. Click Save.
To delete a Examination Certificate
1. Log in to the Portfolio Management application.
2. Navigate to My Profile > My Competencies > Certificates > Launch.
3. Select the examination certificate to delete and click () Remove Examination Certificate.
