Deleting phases


The project manager assigned and portfolio/program manager can delete phases in Staged status.

To delete a phase

  1. Log in to the Portfolio Management application
  2. Navigate to Workspaces > Projects.
  3. To open a Phased project on the Projects workspace, click the required project ID.
  4. On the project details page, go to the Phases tab.
  5. Select the phase in the 'Staged' status that you want to delete from the list and click Delete Phase.
  6. The confirmation dialogue is shown, click Yes.

Important

The tasks related to the deleted phase are moved to Backlog status automatically.
