Managing Portfolios
Portfolio Management services give you a single point of view on Ideas, Requirements, Demands, and Projects.
A portfolio consists of a collection of projects, demands, ideas and requirements, that facilitates effective management and helps meet the Business Objectives. The Portfolio implements a correct prioritization and selection in identifying:
- It must relate to the business objective (goals)
- Can hold related projects.
- Has a dedicated Manager.
