After the successful deployment and configuration of BMC Helix Portfolio Management, click on BMC Helix Portfolio Management.
The following image shows the options that you can access once you log in to BMC Helix Portfolio Management from the home page.

| | Navigate to the following options available in the BMC Helix Portfolio Management application: - Dashboard: The dashboard is visible to all resource contributors, resource managers, and resource masters. It consists of the Pre-Configured Cards and a Card’s settings icon that would allow the currently logged-in user to create new Custom Cards for easy access.
- Workspace: The menu displays the available workspaces, which include, Ideas, Demands, Projects, Programs, Project Tasks, Resource Requests, and Resource Assignments. The respective workspace displays the list of ideas, demands, projects, programs, projects tasks, resource requests, and resource assignments created within the application.
- Create: It displays the options to create a new Idea, Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, and Resource Request.
- Portfolios: Has the two categories, Business and Application Portfolios, that redirect you to the respective list of Portfolios created within the application.
- Resources: This menu displays the list of consoles related to Resource Management, which includes Resource Qualifications, Timecard Approvals, Resource Timecards, and Resource Availability.

| Messages: Shows the notifications for your profile. For example, when a project task is assigned to the currently logged in user, they will get a notification that will appear under this bell icon. |
| Application Settings: Shows the configuration settings in BMC Helix Portfolio Management. For more information, see Administering. |
| Application Launcher: Contains all the applications, created within BMC Helix Innovation Studio. For more information, see Viewing Reports. |
| My Profile: Displays the following user options: - My Qualifications: Redirects the user to the My Qualifications console, where they can add and manage their qualifications. For more information, see My qualifications console.
- Log Timecards: Redirects the user to the Timecard Dashboard, where they can enter a new timecard. For more information, see Timecard Dashboards.
- My Availability: An availability tag that can be applied to a user's profile to show they are available for the assignment.
- My Preferences: A field to enter the preferred language of the user.
- Sign Out: Click to log out of the application.
