Resource request console
The Resource Request Console is one of the main consoles for resource management. Here Resource Managers and Resource Masters can monitor the progress of requests as they move through their lifecycle. Resource managers and Resource Masters can view information like requested hours, assigned hours, completion percentages, etc. without visiting edit pages of resource requests individually.
To access the resource request console, log in to the Portfolio Management application and click Workspace > Resource Requests.
The following figure shows the option once you access the Resource Request Console.

Access menus | Navigate to the following options available in Portfolio Management application:

Messages: Shows the notifications for your profile. For example, when a project task is assigned to the currently logged-in user, the notification will appear under this bell icon. | ||

Application Settings: Shows the configuration settings in the Portfolio Management application. For more information, see Administering. | ||
Application Launcher: Contains a dropdown menu of all the applications, offered by BMC. For example, click on BMC Helix Dashboards to access HPM Reports. For more information, see Viewing Reports. | ||

3 | Request ID | Open a Resource Request. |
4 | Search grid | Search for resource requests by entering the keywords or request ID. |
5 | Filter the listed records by entering or selecting values. For example, you want to view requests that are in approved status. To view these records, in the Filter list, select Approved from the Status field and click Apply. You can use preset filters that are readily available to narrow down your search.
