Issues that were corrected by 23.3.04 and issues that remain open

Patch 4 for version 23.3 is available for SaaS subscribers. The following updates are available in this patch:

• Support for Portuguese and French (Canadian) locales.
• Most definitions now have a public scope, allowing usage outside the library. Additionally, these definitions are customizable. 
• Various enhancements and bug fixes are implemented in the Resource Management Module.
• Users can now update the predecessors of an object directly by editing the "Dependencies" column in the Gantt chart.
• Users can import projects into the application via a WPS file.

Patch 4 for version 23.3 is available for SaaS subscribers. The following updates are available in this patch: 

User-Level enhancements

• Improved tools for managing organizational foundation data.
• Users can now efficiently track and manage their competencies.
• The ability to request and submit self-assessments. 
• Timecards can now have multiple approvers for greater flexibility.
• Timecards linked to project assignments now support task referencing.
• Multi-level nesting of resource groups is now configurable.

Admin-Level enhancements

• Functionality for configuring competencies - Skills, Courses, Certificates, and more.
• Skills can now be associated with relevant courses and certificates.
• Admins can access skills, courses, and certificates associated with specific resource groups.
• The ability to define and manage job profiles has been added.
• Custom fields can now be used to tailor views according to user-specific needs.
