Notification Matrix
BMC Helix Portfolio Management provides email and alert notifications to users on various events.
For example, when a task is assigned to a user, the assigned user receives an email notification along with a notification message in the bell icon
on the navigation bar. The user can then see the details by clicking the link sent in the email or tapping on the bell icon in the application.
The topic discusses when and what notifications a user would receive while using the BMC Helix Portfolio Management application. Different users will get different notifications depending on their roles in the application.
The following table describes the BMC Helix Portfolio Management notification events and the notifications themselves:
