Resource qualifications console

Resource Qualifications is a console that is used for managing the qualifications of all members of a resource group.

This console is accessible by Resource Masters and Resource managers. These users can view all resource groups, their members, and the qualifications that the members have.

To access the Resource Qualifications Console, log in to the Portfolio Management application and click Resources > Resources Qualifications.

The following table describes the Resource Qualifications UI elements:

	Access menus	Navigate to the following options available in Portfolio Management application: Dashboard: The dashboard is visible to all resource contributors, resource managers, and resource masters. It consists of the Pre-Configured Cards and a Card’s settings icon that would allow the currently logged-in user to create new Custom Cards for easy access. Workspace: The menu displays the available workspaces, which include, Ideas, Demands, Projects, Programs, Project Tasks, Resource Requests, and Resource Assignments. The respective workspace displays the list of ideas, demands, projects, programs, projects tasks, resource requests, and resource assignments created within the application. Create: It displays the options to create a new Idea, Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, and Resource Request. Portfolios: Has the two categories, Business and Application Portfolios, that redirect you to the respective list of Portfolios created within the application. Resources: This menu displays the list of consoles related to Resource Management, which includes Resource Qualifications, Timecard Approvals, Resource Timecards, and Resource Availability.
		Messages: Shows the notifications for your profile. For example, when a project task is assigned to the currently logged in user, they will get a notification that will appear under this bell icon.
		Application Settings: Shows the configuration settings in Portfolio Management application. For more information, see Administering.
		Application Launcher: Contains all the applications, offered by BMC. Click to launch the Reporting dashboard and access reports. For more information, refer to Viewing Reports.
		My Profile: Displays the following user options: My Qualifications: Redirects the user to the My Qualifications console, where they can add and manage their qualifications. Refer to My qualifications console for more. Log Timecards: Redirects the user to the Timecard Dashboard, where they can enter a new timecard. Refer to Timecard Dashboards for more. My Availability: An availability tag that can be applied to a user's profile to show they are available for assignment. My Preferences: A field to enter the preferred language of the user. Sign Out: Click to log out of the application.
2	Workspace Resource Groups	List of resource groups of the user.
3	Workspace Members	List of the users members of the resource group selected in previous workspace.
4	Workspace Qualifications	List of qualifications related with the user selected in previous workspace.
5	Search grid	Search in the workspace by entering the keywords or ID.
6		Filter the listed records by entering or selecting values. You can use preset filters that are readily available to narrow down your search. Preset filters are filters that are available out of the box. Learn more about creating filters in Defining filter presets to search records.
7		Modify the visible columns in the workspace.
8	Function	Add Qualification for Resource: add new qualification for user member selected, see Adding-and-removing-qualifications.
9	Qualification ID	Open a qualification, see Viewing-and-updating-qualifications.
