Deleting sprints

Project manager of the project, Portfolio/Program Manager of the portfolio/program, Project Masters, Portfolio Masters and Project Managers with write additional access in the project, can delete sprints in New status.

To delete a sprint

  1. Log in to the Portfolio Management application
  2. Navigate to Workspaces > Projects.
  3. To open an Agile project on the Projects workspace, click the required project ID.
  4. On the project details page, go to the Sprints tab.
  5. Select the sprint in the 'New' status that you want to delete from the list and click Delete Sprint bottom.
  6. The confirmation dialogue window is shown, click Yes.

Important

The tasks related to the deleted sprint are moved to Backlog status automatically.
