Managing My Assessment History


Users can view and compare their self-assessments from the My Assessment History console. This console is available for all the users having resource contributor permissions to manage their Assessment History.

To access the My Assessment History console, log in to the Portfolio Management application and navigate to My Profile > My Competencies > Assessment History > Launch.

Self Assessment Workspace

Shows the list of self-assessments of the logged-in user/resource. Select a self-assessment to see the related details. It also includes features like - 

  • Search Grid: To search in the workspace by entering the keywords or ID.
  • Filter: To filter the listed records by entering or selecting values. You can also use preset filters that are readily available to narrow down your search. Preset filters are filters that are available out of the box. Learn more about creating filters in Defining filter presets to search records
  • Visible Columns: To modify the visible columns in the workspace.

Qualifications

Displays the list of qualifications present during the self-assessment selected in the workspace. The Modification Status column shows if the qualification is new or exists already in the older self-assessments.

Trainings 

Displays the list of trainings present during the self-assessment selected in the workspace. The Modification Status column shows if the training is new or exists already in the older self-assessments.

Examination Certificates

Displays the list of examination certificates present during the self-assessment selected in the workspace. The Modification Status column shows if the examination certificate is new or exists already in the older self-assessments.

Comments 

Under this tab, the users get space to see and add comments.

Self Assessment Workspaces

Both workspaces display an identical list of self-assessments for the logged-in user/resource. However, when a self-assessment is selected in either workspace, the other workspace automatically updates and removes the selected self-assessment. This prevents the comparison of a self-assessment with itself. The workspaces include features like - 

  • Search Grid: To search in the workspace by entering the keywords or ID.
  • Filter: To filter the listed records by entering or selecting values. You can also use preset filters that are readily available to narrow down your search.
