Track and analyze finances with Financial Management module
The Helix Portfolio Management application now includes a Financial Management module, allowing organisations to record, track, and analyse financial activities across defined datasets and periods. For more information, see Managing Financials.
Administrators can configure financial accounts, group them into positions, and organise them under financial statements for structured reporting. For more information, see Configuring Financial Management.
The module supports multi-currency handling, dataset versioning, and provides visibility into financial summaries and balances at the Portfolio, Program, and Demand levels. For more information, see Viewing and updating portfolio details.
Export Record Data as PDFs
Users can now export record-level data as downloadable PDF documents from various views in the Helix Portfolio Management application. This feature enables exporting structured, print-ready reports that reflect real-time data from records.
PDF layouts are fully configurable using BMC Innovation Studio, allowing administrators to design custom templates with headers, footers, tables, logos, and dynamic content through expressions—all without any coding. For more information, see Creating Custom PDF Layouts.
In addition, the application provides users with the two out-of-the-box templates for Project Status Reports and Employee Development Cards. For more information, see Exporting PDFs from Records.
