Navigating Supplier Console
As a frontline agent, you can access Supplier Console to interact with agents and understand the case. Use the console to perform the following tasks:
- View a summary of the case issue description and other case details
- View penalty history
- Provide update to agents

2 | Supplier Update | Provide updates about the case and view a list of all comments and activities performed. |
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
