Critical cases


All cases that are in the critical stage are listed in the Critical Cases tab. To view these cases, click Critical Cases

The following table describes the column titles: 

Column title

Description

Case ID

Displays the unique ID of the case

Case Status

Displays the case status indicating if the case is still open, assigned, WIP, resolved, closed, etc.

Summary

Displays a summary of the case in a few words  

Case Priority

Displays the priority of the case. Based on the priority matrix configuration, the Case Priority field will automatically determine the level of priority.

Case Nature

Displays the nature of the case/the kind of case

Case Creation Date

Displays the created date and time of the case 

Assigned Sub Group

Displays the name of the sub group to which the case is assigned

Expected Breach Time

Displays the expected breach time
