Components that support mobile resolution
The following components are supported on mobile devices and can be used in the mobile views:
- Activity log
- Collapsible container
- Side bar
- Standalone field
- Wizard
- Dynamic named list
- Action drop down
- Tooltip
- Empty State
- Busy Loader
- Display Only Field
- Line of business list
Best practices to configure mobile views
Consider the following points to configure mobile views:
- Clearly distinguish the content that will be visible in the desktop view and mobile view.
- Use the components that support mobile rendition for creating mobile friendly layout of views.
- Test new mobile views that are created by using the components that support mobile resolution before pushing them to your production environment.
- Avoid major layout changes for default views, such as Case Edit and Task Edit views. Add or remove fields directly from the Case Edit and Task Edit views.
- Consider the following points to set the visibility of components to Available on device in the Studio view designer:
- Make the content available on all devices as shown in the following image:

Choose the visibility for mobile devices only if you want the content to be visible only on mobile devices. - Avoid inter dependency of components by making all component properties that are dependent on other component values available on the same device.

If your content is not rendered correctly on mobile devices even after using mobile supported components, contact Support to resolve your issue.
