Defining stages for tasks

As a case business analyst, define stages for tasks that are created for different cases. You can define stages specific to different lines of business in your company.

After defining a stage, assign it to a task template so that when a task is created using that template, the stage is automatically assigned to that task. Additionally, case agents can assign the stage to an ad-hoc task that they create in a case.
