Access documents stored on Microsoft SharePoint by using BMC HelixGPT
BMC Helix Business Workflows simplifies knowledge search by connecting directly to Microsoft SharePoint by using BMC HelixGPT. Administrators can integrate Microsoft SharePoint with BMC Helix Business Workflows to enable users to access accurate answers directly from the organization's knowledge base across various use cases. This integration boosts productivity by providing quick and accurate access to knowledge, which leads to faster responses and improved results.

Configure email IDs to enable an automatic response from BMC HelixGPT
BMC Helix Business Workflows benefits customers by providing automated responses to specified email IDs. This approach effectively reduces unnecessary responses to all the emails. The Case Exclusion Template feature further ensures that only relevant cases receive auto-replies, while allowing manual handling of high-priority or sensitive cases for better focus and control.

Support for Thai and Hebrew
BMC Helix Business Workflows is available in the Thai and Hebrew locales. You can select these locales from the My preferences option, and work in your preferred language.
