Migrating dynamic fields to extension fields
To run a migration job
- As a case business analyst, click Settings  . .
- Expand Case Management and select Dynamic Fields Migration.
- On the Dynamic Data Migration Jobs page, click + Job.
- On the Create job page, specify the name and description of the job.
- Select the company for the job.
- Click Select Case Template and select a template from the template list, and click Apply.
- To define case qualification, click  , and define the qualification expression. , and define the qualification expression.
- To define the field mapping, click  , and complete the following steps on the Field Mapping page: , and complete the following steps on the Field Mapping page:- Select a dynamic field.
- In the Map to Field pane, select the Record Definition Name.
- From the Fields list, select the custom field that you want to map.
 The following image shows an example of the field mapping: 
- Click Save.
 The mapped fields are displayed in the Field Mapping field on the Create Job page.
 
- Click Save.

Results
You can now use the dynamic fields from existing cases as custom fields in approvals, notifications, reporting, and service level agreements.
