Enabling Ask HelixGPT
Before you begin
If BMC HelixGPT is not enabled for your organization, contact your administrator to enable it. You can enable BMC HelixGPT features for your line of business only after BMC HelixGPT is enabled for your organization.
To enable Ask HelixGPT
- Log in to BMC Helix Business Workflows, and click Settings
.
- Select Line of Business > Manage Line of Business.
- On the HelixGPT tab, click Ask HelixGPT.
- Make sure that Configuration value is selected

- To view the case summary when Ask HelixGPT is opened, enable the Case Insights
option.
- Click Save.
Results
After you enable Ask HelixGPT, it is displayed as a tab on the case details page. Case agents can view the case summary, share the information with requesters, and rate the responses.
