Selecting a preferred language


As a case agent, you can work in your preferred language. All languages supported in the desktop mode are also supported on mobile devices.

The following languages are supported by default:

  • English (en)
  • French (fr)
  • German (de)
  • Spanish (es)
  • Italian (it)
  • Brazillian Portugese (pt-br)
  • Dutch (nl)
  • Swedish (sv)
  • Danish (da)
  • Korean (ko)
  • Japanese (ja)
  • Chinese- Simplified (zh_CN)
  • French-Canada (fr-CA)
  • English-Canada (en-CA)

Important

If the Canadian French or the Canadian English language is not visible in the drop-down list, it might not be available for your organization.

To select a preferred language

  1. Click your name at the top right corner of the page and select My preferences.
  2. Select the language from the drop-down list and click Apply.



 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
