Integrating

BMC Helix Business Workflows integrates with other BMC products such as BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced, BMC Helix Virtual Agent, and BMC Helix Integration Service. BMC Helix Business Workflows also integrates seamlessly with third-party applications or services.

As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix Business Workflows with other BMC products or third-party applications to perform specific use cases in BMC Helix Business Workflows. For example, you use the cognitive service from BMC Helix Innovation Suite to automate the manual task of selecting case templates while creating a case in BMC Helix Business Workflows.
