Configuring BMC HelixGPT for BMC Helix Business Workflows


BMC HelixGPT is a generative artificial intelligence-based service that uses large language models (LLM) to analyze text in published knowledge articles and retrieve answers. To use BMC HelixGPT with BMC Helix Business Workflows, an administrator must first specify the API URL and index the knowledge articles in BMC HelixGPT Manager.

BMC HelixGPT can then be enabled for BMC Helix Business Workflows for every line of business. To enable BMC HelixGPT for your line of business, contact your BMC Account Manager.
