Updating details of out-of-the-box lines of business after upgrading to 20.08.01 or later

After you upgrade from the 20.08 version to 20.08.01 or later, default lines of business are available for use. As an administrator, you can modify the name of the line of business in BMC Helix Business Workflowsand the functional role that is attached to that line of business from BMC Helix Innovation Studio.

To modify the name of an out-of-the-box line of business

1.  Log in to BMC Helix Business Workflows.
2. Click My Application Settings .
   The Settings page opens in a new browser tab.
3. Select Line of Business > Manage Line of Business.
4. From the Line of Business list, select the line of business that you want to update.
5. Change the Line of Business Name.

6. Click Save.

To modify the functional role name of an out-of-the-box line of business

1. Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
2. Click Administration.
3. Select Configure My Server > Application Permissions > Manage Functional Roles.
4. On the Functional Roles page, open a line of business.
5. On the Edit Functional Role page, modify the Functional Role Name.

6. Click Save.
