In BMC Helix Business Workflows, a to do is a type of task that is assigned to an end user to perform certain activities for a line of business. Based on the line of business, the task labels and categories for to dos can be assigned. 

Scenario

Ajay, a case business analyst, creates to dos and adds them to the task flow for Britney, an end user, to complete certain onboarding activities. Britney views the to dos that are assigned to her in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced, works on them, and marks them as complete.
