Dynamic, custom, and extension fields

In BMC Helix Business Workflows, additional information about cases and tasks, such as passport information, relocation address, visa details can be stored in fields in cases and tasks.

Case business analysts can use dynamic fields to store additional information into cases or tasks, or use custom fields that are added to case or task record definition.

Extension fields are custom fields that can be used in not just cases and tasks, but also in approvals, reporting, service level management.
