Configuring knowledge article approvals
A Knowledge Coach configures approvals for publishing, retiring, and canceling knowledge articles by creating an approval flow to define approvers or a chain of approvers. An approval flow includes the following items:
- Status at which the approval is triggered
- Approvers who can approve or reject the tasks

For example, a Knowledge Coach can create an approval workflow for knowledge articles about HR policies in which a group of HR approvers can approve or reject the knowledge articles.
