Creating cases to perform operations on Workday person data
As an administrator, after you integrate BMC Helix Business Workflows with Workday by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit, case agents can access Workday person data and manage Workday service requests from BMC Helix Business Workflows. BMC Helix Business Workflows provides case templates and task templates to perform operations on Workday data. Case agents can create and manage cases by using these available templates.

Ensure that BMC Helix Business Workflows is configured to use Workday API. See Configuring-BMC-Helix-Business-Workflows-to-use-Workday-APIs.
Case templates available for performing operations
BMC Helix Business Workflows provides the following case templates and their corresponding automated task templates to perform operations on Workday data:
