Modifying case access
You can review who has access to a case in its form, on the Case Access tab.
Any HR agent who has access to a case, can modify its access permissions on the Case Access tab:
- Restrict access for Submitter, Requester, Assigned group, Assigned individual, and other users and group of users by removing them from the Case Access list
- Provide access to the following users by adding them to the Case Access list:
- Another group by clicking Add Group
- Another HR individual by clicking Add Person
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
