Overview of cases generation
Cases can be created in the BMC HR Case Management console both automatically, and manually.
- The cases can be created manually by all users having access to BMC HR Case Management console. Users who manage cases in the system are HR agents with a Standard User role. Such cases are created based on the solutions available in the BMC HR Case Management console
- The cases can be generated automatically when a self-service user:
- Creates a request based on a solution from the BMC HR Case Management console
- Sends an email to HR support mailbox.
