Creating quick links for end-users
Use quick links to make frequently used reference material available to self-service users.
The quick link feature is disabled by default.
- From the Virtual Chat Administration console, select Self Service Portal > Configuration.
- Select Show Disabled.
- Select Application Portal - List Quick Links, then click Modify.
- Example quick links are provided. To provide links that are appropriate for your organization, modify the examples.
- Select Enable, and then click Save.
- Click Refresh servlets.
As an end-user when you log in to the Self Service Portal the Quick Links tab displays the list of URLs.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
