Using the debug option


The debug option is set in the Virtual Agent Administration Console. When the Debug option is enabled, administrators can debug logs by enabling the browser's develop option by using the F12 key or using the Inspect mode. The Debug option helps in error tracking and issue resolution. Debug mode is necessary only when testing changes or in a test environment.

BMC recommends disabling the debug option in the Virtual Agent Administration Console.
