Insight Finder
Insight Finder enables service managers and operations managers to uncover insights in their practices without requiring them to rely on a data analyst. Instead of spending time on learning how to use analytics tools, they can use Insight Finder to determine the best way to visually present information, so that they can focus on driving process improvements.

Scenario: Create a custom dashboard to monitor BMC Helix ITSM incidents
Jordan is a new administrator at Apex Global. He wants to quickly build a custom dashboard to visualize and analyze BMC Helix ITSM incidents. He is not well-versed in SQL. He opens HelixGPT Insight Finder and adds relevant prompts according to his requirements. For example, to visualize incidents, he adds this prompt:
Give me the count of critical incidents in the last 30 days using bar charts.
HelixGPT Insight Finder creates these bar charts and displays them in a panel. Jordan can specify other requirements in a separate prompt. HelixGPT Insight Finder creates the specified visualizations in another panel. Jordan previews these panels. You can save this custom dashboard that consists of these panels.
