What is Insight Finder?
Insight Finder is an AI-powered tool that administrators can use to create custom dashboards for the BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix AIOps products. Administrators specify their requirements as prompts to this tool.
You must have the BMC Helix Service Management service to use this agent.
Insight Finder analyzes the prompts and creates separate panels displaying the requested information. Administrators can save this information as custom dashboards that consist of these panels. Insight Finder offers the following benefits to administrators:
