Data security
BMC HelixGPT connects to generative AI platforms, such as Azure OpenAI and Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI. All transactions with these platforms take place through your API key. You own all your data, including the prompts that you create. Any data shared with Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or other public Large Language Models (LLMs), is secured by your agreement with these vendors.
